Friday, April 13 at 7:30 pm
Saturday, April 14 at 1:30 pm
Saturday April 14 at 7:30 pm
Sunday, April 15 at 1:30 pm

2.      When will my child skate?

Tiny Tots (École des Petits):  Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

CanSkate (Patinage Plus) (Badges 0-6)

  • If your child has been practicing on Friday evening then he/she will skate in the show on Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

  • If your child has been practicing on Saturday then he/she will skate in the show on Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.
  • If your child has been practicing on Monday then he/she will skate in the show on Saturday afternoon and evening or Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

3.       How many shows does my child have to do?

If you register your child to participate in the ice show, you are committing to attend ALL the practices and then making sure that your child participates in the TWO shows – out of respect for all the other skaters.

Semi-private level and higher will participate in all four shows.

4.      How long is the show?

Approximately 2½ hours long, with an intermission.

5.       Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

If your child is in Tiny Tots (École des Petits) or CanSkate (Patinage Plus), and if you plan to sit and watch the show, yes you do need to buy a ticket for your child.

The price will be $3.00, which is half the price of a regular child’s ticket.

Your child will perform his/her number, change out of his/her costume and then be escorted to their seat where they will meet you.

6.       What will my child need for the show?

  • Skating guards (with their name on each guard).
  • Beige skating tights for the girls.

7.      When are the practices and how many are there?

In most cases the practices are scheduled at the same time as your child has been skating during the winter season. There could be the odd exception.

There are a total of 4 to 5 practices. The practices start in the middle of March and run through until the Ice Show.

There is also a general practice during the week of the show which is mandatory to attend.
