Talent Identification

This well-structured regional development program encourages talented skaters who wish to meet challenges. It provides them an opportunity to develop their technical and artistic skills while learning the stages leading to a good preparation for competitions

Participation to this program develops sportsmanship, self-respect and sense of discipline

The practice schedule, every saturday unless advised otherwise, is as follows

3:30 PM	Off ice: gymnastics, cardio, stretching, warming up, etc. Running shoes are required. The children can wear their skating skirt or jogging pants
4:00 PM	Break to put on skates
4:10 PM	On ice: preparation or revision of solo, learning and practice
5:00 PM	End of Session

Olivia Apostolopoulos-King who was invited at the Invitation Rive-Sud competition on February 21 and 22, 2009 to represent Brossard FSC as selected skater in Stream 1 (CanSkate Badge 4).

Jasmine Cheung, selected skater in Stream 2 (Beginner), and Justine Brasseur, selected skater in Stream 2 (No Limit 7 years old) who will attend the Skaters Development Program regional seminar scheduled on March 14, 2009.

Double bravo to Justine Brasseur for her selection by Fédération de patinage artistique du Québec.
