Itinerary
1 - Take East on highway 20
2 - Exit 130-S towards Granby
3 - Turner right on Laframboise Blvd.
4 - Turn right on Dessaulles St.
5 - Turn left on St-Pierre W. St.
6 - Turn left on Laflamme Blvd.

Please note that the tests will take place on December 1 and 2 at 4-Glaces in Brossard and on December 5 at St-Hyacinthe for skills only.

Please be advised that although the tests will be at 4-Glaces, no one should register directly at 4-Glaces.

All envelopes duly signed, completed and the amount of money included, should be sent to Brigitte Caron.

Envelopes are now available in the locker at Michel-Normandin and 4-Glaces Arena. Once completed, please drop the envelope in the mailbox at the Brossard FSC at the back of Michel-Normandin Arena.

Do not forget to mention on the envelope: CENTRALISÉ
